I make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information I give you during any tutoring session. You hereby acknowledge there may be omissions and/or errors or other inaccuracies in the information that you receive in any tutoring session.
Any reliance you place on the information you receive is strictly at your own risk. In no event will I be liable for any loss and/or damages including, without limitation, any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any tutoring sessions you have with me.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold me harmless from and against any and all causes of action arising out of my tutoring sessions with you including, but not limited to, all losses, expenses, damages and costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.
